Subject	Z not starting, possibly the PTU?

Message	I just put my engine back together, except exhaust because I'm lazy. The car wants to start but never catches. I checked the fuel lines and tried starter fluid. I have a feeling that the spark plugs are not firing. I checked the harness and it is getting power. How do you check to see if it is getting spark? Also, how do you check to see if the PTU is good or bad?
